The room was clean and the staff polite but it wasn’t luxury. First off, we messaged the hotel a few days in advance for a late check and when I messaged on check in day I was told the hotel was full and that we couldn’t. Also, we booked the penthouse which seemed ok until you learn the restaurant is right next to your room and the restaurant thinks it’s a night club. Or when the fire alarm goes off from the kitchen smoke. It’s a shame because the people are nice and the location is good so we gave 3 stars for that

The hotel was really cute but our room was not thoroughly cleaned. Table had grease stain and crumbs. Mucus in sink and toilet not clean. We were too tired to go down and say something.

Staff were very helpful keeping us from getting a parking ticket. The room we stayed in was very clean and met our need for one night but unfortunately we would not return. This building is a renovated storage building in the Old San Juan port area. The area does not feel safe for walking after dark. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you may find the noise keeping you up into the wee hours.

There were no hand towels or wash clothes provided for the bathroom and kitchenette. There was also no coffee maker but the front desk clerk did bring one up promtply upon request. Aparently all water heating is done with solar so the water never did get hot, and in the morning there was not even warm water; makes for a miserable shower.

The hotel appeared to be under construction and the room was half finished. It was in a bad location with no place to eat in the hotel or within walking distance. Very expensive for what it is. Do not recommend.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. The view was incredible—I could even see when the cruise ships came in. The food at the restaurant was delicious; I had the salmon, and it was cooked perfectly. They also have a great selection for dinner. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it’s easy to walk around and explore. Overall, a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend!

The room was very spacious with kitchenette, outside balcony, and separate bedroom. Definitely great for a lengthy stay. Walkable area. Restaurants are a bit of a distance to walk to probably need a car or uber/lyft. They have a restaurant kind of pricy upstairs. Rooftop view is nice and a jacuzzi<
