There is no free breakfast at this hotel. The buffet can be purchased at check in for $12.50 per adult. If purchased the next day the cost is $18.50 per adult. The buffet is fresh & plentiful with unlimited visits. In my opinion it is well worth $12.50.

Upon check in I had to go to desk 3 times because my room key card was not working. Not welcoming staff whatsoever. The tv also did not work. It didn’t have any channels just a black screen which was extremely disappointing especially with two children… Property is dated, bed was comfy and room spacious. Bathroom was nice and renovated. I stayed close to elevator which was horrible because the walls are paper thin. Location is great, across the street from Orlando eye. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but truly don’t desire to stay here ever again.

would rate this hotel five stars overall; however, as a guest, I feel it is important to note a few minor observations. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of dining and shopping options, which made getting around very easy. Scooters are readily available, which was especially helpful after long days of walking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I truly appreciated the complimentary transportation to the parks, with the exception of Epic Universe. My only concerns relate to housekeeping. On one occasion, I accidentally fell asleep wearing light makeup, and the following day the pillowcase appeared to have been flipped rather than replaced. It was, however, changed the next day, so it was not a major issue. I also noticed a light dirt ring at the bottom of the shower, which raised some questions about the thoroughness of the daily cleaning, despite housekeeping servicing the room each day. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service for a day, which caused some delays for guests accessing the upper floors, though it was repaired promptly the following day. Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and they did not significantly detract from an otherwise very pleasant stay.
