Still due a refund but no response from director
My family and I stayed April 11th-16th. The water pressure alarm went off on Sat and Sun morning at 6 AM and woke the whole house up. The alarm went off for about 15 minutes each morning. We had to contact the property manager both mornings to have her contact the security company to have to turned off. A plumber came to the house on Saturday to fix a minor leak but the senor still went off the next morning. The property manager and plumber came back to the house on Sunday and moved two monitors. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and the director reviewed everything and issued me a refund of 104.46. I received my credit card statement and I was credited the 104.46 but then they charged my card an additional 100.00 the same day they processed the refund. I reached out and asked why I was charged an additional 100.00 and was told because I was issued two credits. I sent pictures of the credits on my statement to prove that I was only credited 104.46 and never received a credit of 100.00. I was told the director would review it and I have now sent 3 messages in VRBO and 2 text messages which have all gone unanswered!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the communication and would not recommend this property.
