Great central location. We could walk to all the major attractions in the area. Hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly. The service at the restaurant is slow and food not good. I ordered the chilaquiles and they were cold so they put them in the microwave and that made them very soggy. The staff hooked us up with a driver to take us on a private tour to see surrounding areas, we felt very safe with the driver.

This was my second time staying at Hotel De Mendoza, and I absolutely loved it again. The staff is so welcoming, helpful, and kind. The hospitality is truly exceptional, just as I remembered from my last stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of so many great places. I highly recommend this hotel!
