"The staff were great and rooms were clean. The phone in the room didn’t work but that’s fine only needed it one time but the front desk wasn’t too far away. I wish the room had a microwave but other than that it was a good stay for me and will come back for sure!"

"Upon initially walking into the room, it looked and smelled “clean”. However, when I went into the bathroom, there was dry urine still on toilet seat. There looked to be dry water marks as if they just wiped the seat with a wet rag. This left a very unclean feeling for me the rest of the stay. Made me wonder, if they don’t thoroughly clean and sanitize an obvious place for germs, what else are they skipping over or not paying attention to. Furthermore, when I picked up the phone to call the front desk, the phone felt grimey. I come to Vegas every year and alway stay multiple nights. I loved the convenience of this particular hotel/resort. However, I will not be booking at the Plaza anymore."
