Dining options can keep one satisfied for a week. Meat lovers could probably spend a lifetime in Don's Prime. We never saw a bit of trash, even though the casino was busy every time we passed through. Fontainebleau is at the north end of The Strip, so if your plan is to visit other centers, it will entail a good walk or Uber; but then, there's really no reason you have to go outside unless you really want to."
