Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement in Key Areas I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While some staff members were polite and helpful (Briana), others came across as indifferent or unaccommodating, which definitely affected the overall impression. The room itself did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from other hotels on the Strip—both in terms of quality and cleanliness. It felt dirty and lacked the attention to detail you'd typically see at similar properties in the area. One of the more disappointing aspects was the service in the pool area. It was inconsistent at best, with long wait times and minimal attentiveness from staff. For a hotel in this location and price range, I expected better service all around. There were some okay moments, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations. With improvements in staff training and room maintenance, this property could offer a much more competitive stay.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending. On a monday morning, I went to the lobby to request late checkout. The employee, Taylor was very rude and denied my request and then literally laughed in my face as I was about to walk away. What a disgraceful way to treat a patron. I would not recomend this place over many other better options to stay in vegas.

Hotel and Spa Over charged my cards. Some staff were rude. Housekeeping walked in on me during my shower even though music was playing.
