When I arrived to the hotel i had to go outside to an elevator with a cracked, dirty button and go to the 3rd floor. Being a women safety is priority and I felt a bit uncomfortable because a man was following me. I then went to open my room door but it wouldn't open so i had to go back downstairs. I asked for another room but they didn't have any, so i went back upstairs and someone came and opened the door. I then went inside, no wi- fi, mildew was on the shower, tile on the ceiling in the restroom were missing exposing the inner parts of the room, room had not been properly cleaned or dusted. I decided to leave after 30 minutes of debating to stay because i couldn't get a refund. When I went to open the door, the door was stuck and i spent time an energy trying to free myself. I was tired and just wanted a good night's rest, instead this hotel stole my money :(. I f the room is not in good shape a refund should be given or the tenant should be placed at another hotel (just a consideration).

Lobby is very smoky and uninviting. No coffee maker in room, first time in many years. Morning coffee available to buy at the bar/restaurant. Pretty disappointing.

Black mold/ Toilet seat not clean / Blood stains

Pros: fast check in.
Cons: A total renovation and a better room maintenance.
Location: very close to Convention Center.
Been there for one night and i guess never again. You get what you paid for !!!! I stayed on the third floor, used stairs, elevator hard to find.... there are black mold spots on ceiling that you can clearly see. and breath. ( the rooms smells like it) Toilet seat when you pickup, was not clean with urine spots of previous guest. Blood stains on window white curtain. I told to all to the receptionist on my checkout and she wrote it when i thought shw will call someone to fix it right away. i am not a review person, but I said to my self that's it, people needs to know as the word say. you get what you paid for.....

Cons: Check every room for BED BUGS!!!!!!!
The last night we were bitten numerous times by bed bugs, my wife had over 30. I found one in my ear and one on the pillow. No microwave and no coffee maker.

Not what we asked for

Travelocity must known that because of their Lack of knowledge we were inconvenienced. This hotel only has 1 Queen bed in their handicap accessible rooms. We had to get a room that wasn't handicapped accessible and I had to assist my husband in and out of the bathroom. Which wasn't a fun vacation for either of us. If you could refund us something for our troubles it would be appreciated. If not I don't think I will use this service in the future.

Older hotel in dire need of upgrade.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Lift it up and slide a new facility into its place!
Location: Close to the Strip and airport.
This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had...anywhere. The hotel smelled horrible. The room had a strong musty odor. There was a party...a VERY LOUD party...going on in an adjacent room until 4:30 AM. Security did not seem to be a very high priority, judging from the element I saw hanging around. I hardly slept a wink, and we checked out very early. The entire place felt claustrophobic, dirty, and unsafe.

Good hotel Accommodations

The hotel look old & dirty from outside. The rooms need to be remodeled! It was fine to stay there for one night. Bed and towels were clean and fresh. The pool & jacuzzi were open. I really liked the free ride to the Vegas Strip and airport every hour. The drivers were very nice and informative.

Aging Hotel near the strip of Las Vegas.

Pros: The Staff was great!
Cons: The facilities as a whole could use improvement, but that fact alone didn't take away from the stay.
Location: The strip is in walking distance. We were able to spend some time on the strip.
The Hotel staff was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. Things are aging a bit, but that didn't detract from our stay. We mostly needed a place to sleep and that was about it.

warning!! Bed bugs!!!

Tried contacting the hotel from the airport for 30 minutes to obtain info on shuttle. Finally got through. Checked in and immediately seen very poor conditions from the hotel lobby bathroom to the random streetwalkers/strangers hanging out. Rooms were pretty maintained. However the very first night I woke up it itching and burning. I ended up staying up and discovered red marks and bumps from my forehead down to my feet. The following night I decided to strip the beds and low and behold active bed bugs! I took a video. Also I have pictures of my bites which are still visible. The "manager" offered me a refund for one night which I am still waiting on to post to my card. I advise to please do not waste your money or time

A CHEAP room in Vegas... it's ok.

Pros: It's cheap. The rooms are large. Quick access from the car to the room. Great place for convention attenders on foot and on a budget.
Cons: It's old. The elevators are FRIGHTENING, we chose to take the stairs concerned about our safety. Better quality beds would be nice.
Location: 5-10 minute walk to the convention center and monorail station.
It's an old hotel (I think it's really a Motel) and the rooms are cheap. The rooms are all the same and large with a living room and kitchen area (only a fridge- a microwave would be nice). If you are expecting Cosmo move along. It also costs 80% less than the cheapest room at Cosmo. It's not on the strip and you don't want to try to walk to the strip from here. It was quiet. Housekeeping did a good job keeping it clean. The bed was only okay, but again you aren't paying for spectacular. I didn't use the Pool/Hot Tub area but it looked good. A huge positive is that you don't have to walk through miles of casino to get to the room. $9 breakfast buffet in the tiny bar area. It didn't look too exciting so we went out instead. I saw security wandering the grounds and parking lot at 3am which was good to see. We were going to the convention center and this was a 5-10 minute walk. The monorail station is about 5 minutes walk away near the convention center. I go to Vegas every fall for a convention. I will try to find a good deal at a fancier place first, but if there aren't any good deals, I will be happy to return here.
