The hotel is very old and smells dirty; it's not like it looks in the photos. The reception staff were very rude to guests, and if that wasn't enough, they called our room phone pretending to be from the front desk, saying my card hadn't gone through, that there was a problem, and that I had to use another one. We fell for it, and they hacked our card. The whole thing was terrible.
