Room was spectacular. Staff top notch. Little restaurant and bar on site are great. The neighborhood around the hotel is sketchy though, but the parking lot is SUPER well lit.

I stayed here because it was a good price, had a low resort fee, and was walking distance to the convention center. It was clean and quiet and I was not disappointed. The security does not appear very high in that you can enter the hallways from the parking lot, and the room door does not seem to be very secure when leaving, but it can be secured at night. This did not cause any problems for me. It was convenient to use the bus and monorail as well, and is a 10 min walk to 7-eleven.

The experience here was not the best. The rooms (more than one room) that were booked had unknown hair in the shower area, one of the rooms had a broken lock, there was makeup on the bathroom towels, and there were no closet doors on any of the rooms. Overall, not the best experience.

Check in/out staff was great. Had lunch at the bar, bartender working it was awful. Was speaking to someone with someone as we sat there and. Finally came to take our order and said lets get your order in so I can leave. I asked what they cooked their fries in and with attitude said oil, would have no idea what kind, and I had to stop him & say I understand that, I need to know if it's vegetable, corn, peanut etc. He just turned walked away and then came back and said vegetable. (my daughter is allergic to peanut so we need to be very careful. As we waited you could hear him being very friendly with the male patrons even dropping the F-bomb several times. I get he may have been a regular there but when you are representing your place of employment and there are other non regulars it is NOT a good look Thankfully a nice woman took over and she was very nice. He got my order wrong I asked to not have bread toasted, but meal was really good regardless. So would rate the meal itself a 5 but that male bartender a 1 bad he left a bad first impression. If you happen to get the Lady, you will love her, really sweet. Hotel itself is old needs some updating but if you just need a place to rest your head like we did, it worked out good. Real close to the tram station which also worked out good. If you request a room that faces the street, you will have a partial view of the strip, seeing the sephere.
Meal was great, fries were nice and fresh. Would have been better if bartender listened when I said bread not toasted so roof of my mouth got scratched up.
