No Communication
Host never sent access/entry information. We tried to contact 4 or 5 times before and after arriving at destination. No answer and no return call. Vrbo had to put us in a hotel the first night. We left the area after that night. If you rent this location, you risk being stranded without lodging.

This was the perfect place for a couple!
The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and safe! We enjoyed the space and it was within walking distance to so many places. We visited the Silos, which you can view from the balcony. There were also plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Our host was fabulous and we would definitely book this place again!

Unreliable host.
Just for the record, we did not actually stay in this vrbo even though we had it booked nearly 2 months in advance. Host did not communicate with us until we reached out to her on the day of our arrival that our apartment was not available any longer. She said she had another VRBO booked for us when she actually did not and ended up booking us a hotel room without our consent. A very bad, stressful experience that could have been avoided if the host would just have been honest with us and reached out to us well in advance. Thankfully we received a full refund without hesitation after we found another place to stay at the last second.

Perfect!!
This was the cutest apartment and perfect location!! My sister and I went for a long weekend and it is so close to everything we wanted to do. It is so adorably decorated and all the amenities we needed. Pool was great to relax and balcony was great for winding down with a glass of wine!!

Mother/Daughter trip to Magnolia
My daughter and I had a wonderful girls trip to Waco to see Magnolia. Our room was wonderful and just perfect for us. We felt safe and were able to walk to several attractions.
