Room was excellent. It was redone recently. Check in was a bust. Policy after policy on whether other sites were used for bookings. Should not matter. Should be seamless or do not put your rooms on their sites so your service is compromised. Stay at the Anatole on all visits in the past. Looking for a new place due to check in policies.
