Horrible service. The gave another family a key to my room at 3 am and they rolled in wanting answers from me!!!!!! Even after they did this at 6am phone call from the front desk wondering why I was in MY ROOM and on top of that the front desk lady and her assistant began banging on the door 30 minutes later asking how I was in the room SHE LITERALLY CHECKED ME INTO. And this point I became stern and reminded her SHE checked me into this room!!!! Absolutely train wreck. I should have known when checking in the same front desk lady was in an argument with a guest trying to check in. I say just stay clear and go somewhere else even though the prices are good. More options are available.

While stranded at Love Field for weather, we chose this hotel over others because of the free airport shuttle. The listing specifically states free airport transportation. The confirmation email stated to call the hotel to arrange the free shuttle. We were highly disappointed to call the hotel only for them to say they do not have airport transportation. This added another $40 to the price of the hotel round trip.

my bathroom was not clean the toilet had ladies monthly stains all over it was the only bad thing.
