Generally clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite not following up on my request to have the maintenance team repair hot water in the shower. Two days of cold showers was brutal. Not likely to stay here again.

I will never stay at this hotel again , it was my first and last ! I got woken up the first morning of a man opening my door at 930am with a do not disturb sign on it saying he had to fix something ! I have daughters in that room! The day I checked out that morning I had housekeeping opening my door at 9am! We were still in bed both times it happened ! I told downstairs and they did nothing I shouldn’t have even paid for those nights especially with how rude there morning staff is !

The property was close to the american airlines center, which was why i booked it. But when we got there to check in 2 hours past check in time our room wasnt ready! There was a whole lobby full of people thar couldnt get in there rooms. We all had to get ready for a concert in the lobby bathroom which is ridiculous. Finally before we left the hotel the front deck said if you booked with a travel site we had to swipe our card again and then we got a room. Why didnt they just swipe the card for incidentals when we first got there?

We arrived at 2:30, 30 minutes before check in time and were told our room would be ready by 3. We still did not have our room after 5. We had to settle for a single king instead of the double queen I reserved. This resulted in me having to sleep on the couch. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was egg.

Harry Hines is LOUD

Other than our fridge not working and hearing cars racing all Friday night long it was wonderful. Miss Tammy in the kitchen area was fabulous. She made it feel like home and was kind to everyone and kept the breakfast area super clean. I'd definitely ask for an inside room next time to get me away from the road. Lynn
