WE LEFT AFTER 3 HOURS WE HAD NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE ROOM ... (WE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM AFTER THEY COULD NOT FIX THE ISSUE) THEY WERE BOOKED. THEN THEY BASICALLY SAID TOUGH LUCK! I WILL NEED A REFUND AS WE DID NOT SPEND THE NIGHT AND HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL WHILE IN THE LORENZO... VERY STRESSFULL
