My only problem, there was no taxi service at the hotel. When I asked concierge for assistance, he could not get me a cab back to the airport for 5:00 am pick up. Note: there are lots of "Lift" drivers in the area. I ended up calling a service myself and had no issues. This needs to be corrected.

Had higher expectations

The hotel lobby was really nice, but the room was just OK. The decor was dated. The bathroom was tiny and the setup was weird. The door to the bathroom swung in and made it awkward. They were only 2 bath towels in the room, which made it hard for 2 people who both took 2 showers. The bed was comfortable, but squeaked with every move. There were 4 dinky pillows for the King sized bed and they were so soft that I had to fold them in half and stack them to get any support. I also got charged $20.00 to park in the hotel garage, which I though was a little ridiculous as a paying hotel guest. From the look and location of the hotel, I really thought the accommodations would be better. From Hilton, I simply had higher expectations.

I'll stick to anywhere else

The Hilton at the Lincoln Centre was a terrible hotel choice. The lobby was nice and check in was no problem but the $17 to self park for one night on top of my room charge was disappointing to see. Even with the fantastic deal I got from Travelocity it was a bad experience. The bed was clean but terrible for sleeping. So bad that we woke up and left early from not being able to sleep. Some of the power outlets also did not function. The bathroom was not very clean and still had wet trash in the can. Some of the room features like doors and walls and ceilings were worn down and shabby and needed some attention. Lots of noisy traffic in the halls. This facility is definitely not indicative of a 5 star hotel. Next time I'll stick to anywhere else, most likely a Choice line of hotels as my experiences with their chain are fantastic. This experience has left a distaste for Hilton and I will not utilize them again.

great stay poor staff

Our room was awesome we loved our time there but the staff was not hospitable, no hello greetings or can I help you; yes you received text to check on you but when you see a staff member you don't feel welcome. I guess I might be old fashion but a smile goes a long way

1 major bad experience

Connected to Lincoln center and microtek so if you are taking a class or there for a conference it's the best location. All in all I enjoyed my stay however upon arrival I noticed the cleaning crew didn't bother to clean the pee droplets off the toilet seat which immediately grossed me out. All because of the pee on the seat I couldn't get fully comfortable in my room for the remainder of my trip but thankfully I bring my own Lysol wipes! ...this in no way execuses their poor cleaning. The hotel in general I liked, you could get a bite or drink late, the hot water is a little Finiky but they need to follow up with their cleaning crews who are cutting corners it's disgusting.

Overall nice hotel but outdated.

Pros: Common areas, restaurant and bar.
Cons: The Housekeeping service is terrible.
Location: Really well located, close to a nice shopping mall, airport and other venues.
The hotel looks really nice in the common areas; but the room needs a lot of fixing. The bathroom ceiling is in really bad condition, the carpet looks dirty with a lot of spots. We stayed for 3 nights and the housekeeping just showed up once of those days; even I was requesting that service. Needed to reach the maids on the hallways to have toilet paper, clean towels and bar soap. Next time in Dallas I won't stay in this hotel.
