The customer service here is incredible, even with a convention going on, I know cons can stress out staff and hospitality make take a hit, but NOT at the Omni Dallas, the staff was amazing. Thank you!

Worst Birthday Stay EVER!!! Had to wait in line over an hour to check in because Omni credit card systems were down nation wide…okay I get it…the line was also crazy long because 2 people were working..Finally check in and go up to the room (which I paid for an upgraded suite) was DIRTY! Like filthy…food everywhere and bed a mess. Obviously house keeping had not been there yet. Go back downstairs and finally talk to a manger..get a new room. He some what apologies and says he will give me time to get settled in and will check in on us. NEVER DID!!! Then we go down for breakfast and at check in they failed to tell everyone they would be closing early to get ready for Easter brunch. Keep in mind at this time it’s the next day and credit cards are still down. Everything is cash only and all ATMs are out of cash!!! I’ve stayed at this property many times never having a problem but I was appalled by the customer service this time. Definitely not normal Omni standards.

We loved the convenience it the facility to the convention center and restaurants. The response to the concerns we had were not timely but were addressed nonetheless. Over all very good experience. Most points of contact were polite and beyond helpful. Some could be upgraded in their customer service report. Valet service was top notch. And early check-in at 7am when we arrived was exceptional.

The shower in the bathroom was tiny. The door would be half way in the shower when fully opened. Valet took 40 minutes to retrieve my car 2/3 days of my stay. Room service menu is limited and food is average.
