Great location. 25 minutes walk from dowtown. Beautiful original Hotel. Rooms are perfect. ( just 2 little things: it would be good maybe to separate the restroom from the shower with a door and it misses an area to hang the towels but this didn't ruin our stay. Staff is super friendly. Rooftop pool is amazing Highly recommend

Warehouse or factory converted into hotel. High ceilings, exposed pipes on ceilings and walls. Good view of downtown Dallas from rooftop bar and infinity pool. Friendly staff. Didn't try the restaurant. Was concerned there might not be enough parking if the hotel is near capacity.

Upscale simple clean rooms very industrial style. Hotel is full of amazing art! Rooftop pool is really nice my 7 year old enjoyed it immensely. Young lady upstairs at pool bar was wonderful. Staff all around was great Jacob especially was engaging with my family went out of his way to make us feel welcome and get additional items we needed. He’s a star! Needs to be a manager! Overall great location and wonderful hotel.

Love the hotel . Very unique and eclectic. Room is bigger than your standard room. The unusual thing about the hotel is during weeknights, they do not charge for parking. However, from Friday night and through out the weekend, it's valet parking for additional fee, or you may park off-site, across the street. On the other note, we did appreciate there was security during the weekend. Please note, there is a bar/restaurant next door. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and responsive, and we would stay here again during the weekdays. 😁

This was one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed at. The vibe is so chill and the building is decorated beautifully. Staff was awesome and the location was perfect. I will stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place. We went for a weekend getaway and everything was perfect. I didn't want to leave. We didn't even have to leave to get food. Breakfast was delivered to our room and we ate dinner in the restaurant. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. We will definitely book again.
