Site doesn’t mention no shuttle in wee hours
This hotel should tell prospective clients no shuttle between 1-3. I called from La to inquire about shuttle and was told routine - but plane was late and I had to wait a long time at deserted airport while phone ran low. Front desk was friendly, tried to get me an Uber and then the driver came in. He too was friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable but I am exhausted. I asked for late checkout but will have to pay for it.
