The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. At one point during my stay, hotel housekeepers mistakenly removed our personal wine glasses from the room; when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they took care of the issue immediately and returned the glasses. The property is clean and safe. And the hotel breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of fresh options. I would recommend the Hyatt Place DFW to my friends and family as an outstanding place to stay.
