I had a wonderful stay the only complaint I was unable to my balcony the whole stay because of wasps like clusters of them on the balcony. I was very disappointed because this was my birthday weekend getaway. The hotel took off some money from my room but I was very disappointed. The staff member who checked me in was wonderful and his customer service was outstanding! I would still come back and stay with this chain. I would like a protocol in place for pest control in the future for issues like this.

The Embassy Suites is very clean and up to date. We love their free on-site parking and evening refreshments. Nice, safe place to stay and close to the airport for early departure.
