Room 2712 has sheetrock cut in bathroom, wallpaper bad in areas as well as cracks in ceiling. I stopped looking after that. I valet my vehicle after coming in and I had to park my om vehicle.

I do not feel this Omni is a true 5 star hotel. It was nice, but over-rated. Fixtures in bathroom were old, but clean. There was nothing spectacularly luxurious about it...except its prices. I and the rest of the family were unimpressed. Checkin staff were efficient and amiable. Valet staff left something to be desired, they seemed to spend a lot of time on their cell phones when there is little traffic.

The staff was very accommodating. On the first night, my room had no hot water. The staff worked expediently to move me to another room which was upgraded to a corner suite. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and remembered me throughout the 4 days I was a guest...I felt very special!
