There were issues in the first suite they put us in, but they moved us to another suite and everything was great after that.

Really nice place It was clean like the amenities that were in the room such as kitchen, washer and dryer having two separate rooms in the living room. Only issues that I had with the place was we checked in on Thursday and the TVs didn’t work talk to the front office and they got fixed, Friday the elevator went out and we were staying on the fourth floor. The elevator was out until I checked out Monday morning. Only notice was a sign hanging next to the elevator and never seen anybody working on it. No accommodation or discounts for this inconvenience.

Our stay was pretty good, but the elevator was broken and our room was on the fourth floor. We're not light travelers, so making three trips up and down four flights of stairs wasn't the best way to end a long trip.

First thing we noticed was both bathtubs being dirty, hair was everywhere! We cleaned it up ourselves to be able to shower but requested at the front desk to have someone do a good cleaning of them and it never happened. Also we reported that the stove was dirty, nobody showed up to clean it. During our 5 night stay, never got the trash picked up or any cleaning to our room. It would of been nice to at least have the trash picked up and our suite cleaned at least once. To top it off, we reported to the young mans at the front desk that the last 2 nights of our stay the people in the room above us were making a lot of noise after hours when we were trying to rest. He told us that it was people coming to take American Airlines training and they get back late... So we had to put up with it because of their schedule? Not the best stay...
