Poor mattress quality , mold smell , tinny sink , etc. Staffs are not so friendly as well. Overall Hotel condition wasn't good at all

CONS small narrow room ,No room service, no plug in next to bed PROS very clean , Great water pressure nice shower way comfortable beds and pillows big tv , NEUTRAL the Concrete walls would sweat?? lots of humid precipitation ?? but nothing smelled and it did not look moldy by any means it was just weird

The hotel staff and manager were wonderful. Impressive styling throughout the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. But, the couch was as hard as a log. One out of two bulbs was dead in the bathroom. The heater had this hiccup where it would heat until one degree short of the desired temperature, and then put the air conditioner on full blast. WTH?? And perhaps this is due to the concrete surfaces everywhere, but there was no dampening of noises between the rooms and the hallway.
