Hotel is older so some disrepair is usually expected. However what I did not expect was there to be a gap between the glass of the window pane and the wooden frame. You could audibly hear the wind blowing on the 26th floor. The bathroom had multiple areas of chipped paint, and poorly bondo’d whole in the wall. The a/c was subpar, I can’t image how sweltering it would be in the summer.

Older dated rooms

Loud noisy rooms, outdated rooms and the beds are very uncomfortable. Also valet parking for guest is $45 a night and there are no other parking lots close to the hotel. I will not book here again

When talking about the hotel and hotel staff, everything was amazing. I was easily accommodated with a hair dryer in minutes. The sweet women at the check in/out desk provided rapid services. Now, as far as valet? TERRIBLE. My boyfriend requested the truck as we were checking out. Once done with that we headed outside and noticed there was a small line of people waiting for their cars (3-4) no big deal. We began to notice more people checking out and getting their vehicles before us after 30 MINUTES. At that point we were pissed and could have walked to get our own car ourselves. We are patient but do not confuse as for some fools. Everyone else got priority but us. Once the truck was brough 45 MINUTES LATER the valet guy didn't want to hand my boyfriend the keys and kept asking for a ticket, A TICKET WE GAVE TO HIM WHEN WE FIRST REQUESTED FOR OUR TRUCK TO BE BROUGHT UP. Ridiculous.

Great location in the heart of downtown!

Great stay and fabulous location! Upgraded to a suite with a kitchen. Complaint: limited cookware and kitchen supplies. Had to call to get silverware. No skillets or baking sheets? Went grocery shopping only to discover the next morning our fridge didnt work. They fixed it and comped part of our stay, thank you! Older hotel but loved the history and decor. Great layout and super location! Perfect for sightseeing. Used public transportation the whole time as it was easily accessible.
