For the past 6 years I'd stay at this hotel and for the 1st time I had a terrible experience. This was .my home away from home but since they have a new management it's was the dirtiest I've ever seen. There were things left in the room from the previous guests. The ants were out of control. The back of the hotel were I really enjoy with the pool area was the filthiest I've ever seen since Ive been staying there. I'd stayed here in April and I had no problem. Even though front desk personel in which I've never seen denied it, I automatically knew that it was a different management or owner!

Good value for the price.

Breakfest was good. Bed was soft. Water pressure was good in the shower. There was roach in the kitchen area. And the staff took care of it. I was not a fan of the air freshener they had in the room ( it gave me a headache). I had to unplug during for my stay. Over all the room was clean and more then i needed. Its a good value for the price. I will stay again.

Room was nice but had a weird smell when we first got there and the staff did come to spray. The breakfast was very good and had variety of items. The cleaning service didn’t come to our room or change out of towels during our time there.

Awesome service. Super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with fresh tortillas. Very clean. Bed was not uncomfortable. Toilet was tricky to flush. A drawer handle fell off when I opened it gently.

I will be real honest to you. I’ve been going to this hotel for the past five years since I’ve been a Dallas Cowboys fan and it’s about 15 of us that like to stay at this hotel but it seems like it’s under new management and it’s not clean. I have roaches I had to clean my bathroom. I had to spray my room down with roach spray it’s sad. I will never stay there again.

We had a friendly greeting by the receptionist at our arrival. The room was cool and clean. Room for improvement I suggest changing the carpet in the halls. It smelled old and supply the breakfast buffet with enough utensils.

The staff was very professional and helpful, the work out room was nice, the room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. If anything they could add more hot tea bag options at breakfast.

The room was very outdated and the first floor had buckets with water leaking in the them from the ceiling. The pool was closed for maintenance my entire stay. The breakfast was good though and the gym was decent as well

Our stay was perfect. I really appreciated the hospitality and service that they provided to me and my daughter. The night i checked in the gentleman was phenomenal and very understanding I really appreciated it. My daughter and I were so tired and hungry and made our check in so easy.
