I chose this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle and free breakfast. I called the hotel and asked about the shuttle service ; the front desk told me it would be 30 minutes . After 40 minutes, I called again to get an ETA for the driver because it was getting really cold waiting outside. I was told that the driver was about 5-7 minutes away. However, it took the driver another 30- 40 minutes to pick me up. The second problem I had was with the door of my room ; the lock was somewhat broken. I had to manually force it to lock the knob, and getting out was the same issue; I had to find a proper angle and use force to open it. Then, when I got out, the door wouldn't lock. The third problem was that, even though they advertised breakfast included, there was no breakfast at all.

I’m very unhappy with my stay. The room and bathroom were dirty, the chairs looked disgusting, and the room was freezing. The AC/heat knob was broken so we couldn’t turn the heat on, and when we told the front desk nothing was fixed. I’m requesting a refund/credit.

Not too bad. The first time I stayed there. It was great second time around, so we didn't work. Refrigerator was unplugged, it was hard to plug that back in and one of the lights blew out.

Room was ok, however false advertising about free breakfast. There is a juice machine and a nature valley bar at the front desk if you ask for it. It takes a really long time for shuttle driver to arrive for pick up from the airport.
