While the property is in a great location, the hotel itself is not the greatest. We booked this for 8 days and regretted it the first night. The photos of the rims were definitely taken in the “nicer” rooms I presume are up on the 3rd and 4th floor that is only accessible by a different elevator than the main one. The room was outdated, the beds were hard as a rock (all of our backs are sore after our stay) and I think they found the worst / lumpiest pillows and threw them on the beds. The bathroom was extremely small with black mould in the drain of the shower. The door was a sliding door that didn’t lock in either room we had. The first three mornings we woke up to our toilet randomly was broken forcing us to have to go down to the bathrooms on the main floor lobby. We had to switch rooms and the beds / pillows didn’t get any better. Half of the outlets in either room didn’t work and we were finding random beatles almost every day in the room. While the staff were friendly and the location convenient I do not recommend staying here longer than a night. This is not a hotel for a long stay or vacation.

Don’t stay here !!!!!

I called on the morning of may 23rd and asked about shuttle service since our flight was scheduled for midnight. The woman who answered was polite and assured me shuttle service would be there. I called after we landed and was told the shuttle would be in route to pick us up. After a few minutes I received a call from the hotel informing me that he would NOT pick us up where he told us to go. Our car was there from the week before and we paid for to leave it at the hotel because we would be back. It was 1 in the morning and we’re not familiar with DFW. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I want my account refunded. The way he talked to me was very concerning.

Thanks for being accomadating. Just make sure that the rooms are actually being cleaned and bed sheets are getting swapped out. I found a bed bug and spider in a bed … it was scary but thankfully the hotel changed my room. When the girl changed my room she did have a rude attitude. I was able to let the staff know in the morning. Other than that they have been nice to me.

It was not worth $120. The first room smelled bad due to the air conditioner, and I spotted an unidentified creature crawling in the bathroom. The night manager was kind enough to move us to an upstairs room, which, at least, didn’t have an odor. However, at 3 a.m., we woke up to cockroaches crawling over the phone and nightstand. When we checked out, we reported the issue to the desk clerk, who assured us he would inform the manager and contact me. I have yet to hear back. They need to prioritize cleanliness—this was not a pleasant experience.
