Filed a complaint with Wyndham, shuttle took 70 minutes for pickup, late evening not a busy time of day and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Hotel was literally 6 minutes from the airport. Signed up for the morning shuttle, wait 10 minutes past the arranged pick up time, then took a cab. Atrocious service

When I called for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the person who answered was very rude, told me about 30 mins, I called back after 50 mins and it was another 15 mins before the shuttle arrived. It literally took less than 10 mins to get to the hotel. I signed up for the morning shuttle to return to the airport, waited 10 mins past the time the shuttle was supposed to pick us up and finally took a cab so I and the other two gentlemen waiting wouldn't miss our flights

The front desk service was terrible. I called to inquire about the airport shuttle bus stop and time. Because of the accent, I politely asked the person to repeat it. He rudely told me to look at the sign or ask the airport staff and hung up. Having traveled so much, it's not uncommon to encounter such poor service. The hotel elevator was old, and the bath towels in the room were not clean.
