Check-in was professional if not friendly. This property has REALLY gone down hill. Elevators are slow and in need of an overhaul (when they work). My room was dirty. Previous guests left things in the room and balcony that housekeeping didn't remove. The sink was dirty. The shower has no shelf or any place to keepa washcloth or razor. I won't stay here again.

The Room was nice the view was amazing and I absolutely love the balcony rooms was clean the front counter customer service was above and beyond upon checking in and out we ask for a late check out from going out the night before and they gave us another hour I’ll definitely be back I appreciate all the staff for being friendly and greeting us every time we came in and out Superb hospitality
