Room was ok. The AC was obnoxiously loud. The beds were fine and cleaning crew was good. The other people staying in rooms were soo loud in hallway. And it was like nonstop. Definently alot of indian folk stay here. Soo maybe thats just thier culture.who knows. I wont be staying again for that reason. I just wanna sleep. The breakfast provided was pathetic. We just went somewhere else for food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and organized. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Outlets for phone were available in the room. The pool area was maintained well. I do feel that the rugs and the furniture could be upgraded.

I don’t like putting negative comments about a business because this is people’s livelihood and understand that sometimes it’s just uncontrollable. I feel that we arrived at one of those times. The elevator was broken and thankfully they put us on the ground floor…and the gentleman that checked us in was just wonderfully kind..and was a welcome face after arriving late and a very long drive there. The breakfast area was clean and the manager possibly asked if all was good and the woman in charge of that area was just wonderful and that area was just spotless. My husband pointed out dark brown stains all around the toilet and floor the next morning and I asked them to clean it when they got time….and mentioned it to the front desk staff (and showed a picture of it) multiple times and no one ever came to clean it. The key card access to the exterior doors were also broken so we had to go around each time…we did scotch the door but our shoes just couldn’t seem to hold them open.

Not as good as the reviews stated.

Front desk staff was probably about the best part of the stay. The rooms were clean, but we did see one huge water bug our first night and then a roach in the room as we were leaving. Other than that, the room was clean. The beds were advertised as queen size beds but were just double size. The breakfast was ok, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary or special. I did my homework and read reviews and was just expecting a much nicer stay than I actually had.

Check in was a nightmare! They couldn’t find my name even though I gave them my itinerary number and a copy of my confirmation. Thank God I found Sheehan? At Hotels.com that after calling the hotel and 1/2 later they gave me a room. After all that hsssle, everything was fine!

Upon checking, I was told we were on the top floor (4th) which sounded great. Then I was told that the elevators were not working but they were working on it. The elevators were still not fixed after three days. I was moving my daughter into college and had to carry quite a bit of her heavy items up 4 flights of stairs as we did not trust leaving them in the car overnight. There was no empathy or even any offer of a discount. Having the elevator not available and no sense of urgency to fix it seems like poor business to me, not to mention an ADA concern.

Horrible experience. The hotel has 2 elevators and both are under maintenance. Was offered a room on the 3rd floor and have to carry 3 suitcases on the stairs. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Just what you expected

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It's a nice place. You get exactly what you pay for, and expect. It is located in a business plaza area. So there is not a ton of nightlife nearby. But I'm usually there for work, so it doesn't matter. Just a heads up depending on your stay.
