Pulled the cover off my bed and found a long strand of hair on the pillow, and the sheets under the covers were wrinkled like they’d been slept in. I’m giving more than 2 stars because they accommodated us with a new room. Cleanliness was okay but the bed thing really threw me off. There were also no kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, coffee maker, etc., etc.) though the place looked to be in the midst of renovations so maybe that’s understandable? Plus we were only there overnight and didn’t have to use the kitchen at all. Expected more since it’s an extended stay and they usually provide kitchen items or at the least a microwave or coffee maker. Stay was “meh.”

My room was dirty. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Like someone used a dirty rag to clean them. There was NO ICE machine anywhere in the hotel. I was told there were ice cube trays in the freezer in the room. There were none, I had to go buy some. Cockroaches were everywhere. I went and bought my own spray. This hotel specifically advertises a hot breakfast. When I asked where breakfast was, the man told me that was it. A few pieces of bread were on a table, and there was no coffee, NOTHING. They made no offer of explaining to me why there was nothing at this hotel that was advertised. I was very dissappointed in the managerial staff. I will not book another room at this facility. The hotel needs new management and they need to take off their brochures and advertisements, the things that are not really available to us. Do not book reservations at this hotel! The building was under construction and the rooms were very dirty. Stains on towels and sheets. Floors needed swept. Front doors were not locked. Over all terrible stay.

There was no room service offered. Had to bring old towels down in order to receive clean ones. No one ever cleaned the room. There was not even bottled water offered. Staff was just there & offered nothing. Not a smile, directions, courtesy, or anything.

I actually never made it to hotel my experience with reception and shuttle was so poor that I booked a different hotel. I stood outside in 30 degree weather for 2 hours waiting for shuttle. I did call 5 times, twice I was hung up on by reception and other times I was told I was in wrong spot (though I was coutersy vans and saw other hotel shuttles) and was told driver on his way. I was there SO long, other hotel shuttle drivers got out to ask me if I was ok,
