Terrible room condition. Terrible smell. Must have had water damage in carpet. Unethical to even offer room in first place. Had to leave for another hotel the smell was so bad. Moldy musty swampy stank. Need to change carpets or deep clean asap. Send a health inspector.

I’m going to be honest. Don’t stay here unless you don’t care where you sleep. It’s a rundown dirty hotel. It’s says it’s remodeled but it’s only a couple things. We only stayed here because our plane was canceled, the airport floor is pile have been a better option.

They never picked me up from the airport. They lied to me about when they were going to do it, and then they got very rude when I called them out on it.

asked and denied...

I called ahead of time to see if the hot tub and pool were open. I spoke with the manager who said it would be when we arrived so we paid extra for this hotel. Once we arrived it was not open. Their was no hot water in the shower no matter how long we let it run, shower stall was cracked all along the back wall. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, key didn't work each time we went to use it. Only used the breakfast one of the two days we were there only to have the woman working totally ignoring us when we asked a question, we watched her take things right out of line when people were waiting to use it and not replace it. Very rude.
