The staff was very friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were very clean. With the exception of the towel that is to be placed outside of the shower in the floor, which was soaked and wet as if they dried the tub and just put it there instead changing it out. I will not take a star away because they had enough towels to be able to substitute that one.

The rooms were very clean, super comfortable bed and I have back issues! Would love to know what kind of bed and bedding was used. Loved it. Breakfast was great each morning and we had a conference at the Sheraton which was easily walkable. Was very happy with my stay, would definitely recommend.
