Awful hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
This hotel was dirty, bugs in the bathroom. There were bums living in the parking lot and the whole place felt unsafe. The latch for the top lock on my room was broken. The side entrance had a card reader but the doors were broken so anyone can get in and go straight to the elevator. The pillows were hard as rocks. The tv gets maybe 2 channels clearly and the rest of the channels were fuzzy.

The hotel gives off an abandoned vibe. Almost as if it had been a great hotel before better hotels moved in close by. Never saw the same hotel staff twice and the staff didn't seem to communicate to each other well. We asked for clean towels 4 times before they gave us one towel for the two of us. The bathroom was never sanitized, just rinsed. The outside doors were never locked, and the inside doors didn't shut completely on their own. Instead, you needed to check your own hotel door to be sure it latched completely. The hall ways seemed to accumulate little pieces of trash that staff was too busy to pick up. For example, an empty chip back, soap wrappers, an empty box of cigarets, or a straw wrapper. The parking lot is always unbelievably packed. Often, the only available parking was located out back, a good 500+ meters away from the building. The building or the parking lot never felt completely safe.

DANGER! BEWARE!!

Transient hotel RECOMMENDED by Tavelocity. The WORST! Transients in the parking lot and in the lobby. Disgusting interior. Smelled of smoke and mold. Room had to be broken into by the maintenance man who literally shoved himself against the door to get in. Beds were broken-one was halfway turned on its side. Garbage everywhere. Dirty, soiled linens and towels. COCKROACHES in the tub. No AC. Was there 5 min! They REFUSED to refund my entire stay..was booked two nights...only would refund my second night and Travelocity WOULD NOT advocate on my behalf! Awful experience

Avoid this Crap Hole

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
This hotel should not be included on Travelocity. It is filthy, with an environment that can best be described as Slum-Like! Do not stay here

Never made it to the hotel because our free hotel shuttle was terribly hard to understand and left without us.

low income housing not a hotel

We drive up and parking lot is full and as we go in folks are standing around so I ask if it is residential and the cashier says yes. Everything I saw was out dated and in need of repairs. We ask Travelocity to book us somewhere else but they refused stating hotel policy. And clerk did say they only take reservations by Internet so I'm guessing that's the reason for no cancelations within 24 hr. It's false advertising as a hotel I did not see room but had to put something so it would post.

freezing

Pros: There was nothing that stood out to make me remember thia hotel.
Cons: Everything is outdated and needs to get out of the 1980's. WiFi is very poor and slow.
Location: Location was very poor as it was hard to get into the hotel without going past and turning around ect. All caused because of the one-way roads its on
the hotel was just your run of the mill sleeping place nothing special. Located on a one-way street and very confusing to get to with the new highway that is now in front. Everything was outdated and needed to be refreshed. Our rooms were freezing and the desk sent someone to fix the problem. The person who attempted to fix it stated that it was just fine. Just felt like the amount of money that was spent on the rooms we could have done a lot better someplace else. do not recommend this hotel.
