The site said pet friendly. They wouldn’t allow us to stay with a cat. I had just been beat up by my now ex bf. They refused us. I paid $750 in advance. They refused to to refund it.

Y'all, the breakfast. I've never seen anything like it at a hotel in this price range. I chose it because I had a meeting at Heritage Auctions which is just down the street and it was a fair price. But I would stay here again just to eat the breakfast again!!

I think Wyndam took over this property and is in the middle of remodeling it. So it was very clean but there was still a smell, maybe from the paint or construction and definitely from the indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel!
This hotel was HUGE! It was also a lot nicer than we expected. It was a little confusing to find my way around as I think part of the hotel used to be exposed to the outside and now is all covered. Our room was very nice - king bed - comfortable bed and clean. We only were staying the night from a late flight before going to visit family, so didn’t investigate Dallas or the nearby area. However, it was quiet and we slept great. Breakfast had a bit of everything, not just your cold cereal and toast ~ very good! Definitely a great place to stay!

Nice hotel for price, shuttle a bonus!
The hotel was nicer than expected for the price. The room was good - only minor annoyance that fan is set to turn on with the bathroom light and it was LOUD. Shuttle van didn't hold many people but it was on time and was a great perk. I'd stay there again.

The indoor hot tub generates a loud, high pitched tone that can be heard in all public spaces, from the time you step into the hotel until you close your room door behind you. Can this not be fixed?
