The airport shuttle was great, pick up and drop off was on time. Our room had just enough space for 2 people and it was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂. Yes i would definitely book here again

It was unclear if the shuttle would take me to DAL aiport. I was told it would only take me to DFW, However some friends took a shuttle to DAL. My room was by the side yard which was empty the entire time. I would have been great to have a DJ and a party for the Cowboys vs Commanders weekend. Also, it would been great to have the side yard used for a tailgate party for a fee like $50 per person with food, dj and drink options... also with a shuttle to the stadium. A pre-tailgate pool party would be nice too. All of these things could generate business for the hotel. Guests would appreciate it. Better waffle irons and a better choice of breakfast meat would have made it more perfect. Thank you for a fun weekend.

Check out time was 11 am and I arrived really late. The cleaning staff starting banging on the door at 10 am wanting to know if I am staying another day. I hurriedly went to take a shower and the shower head didn’t work. Paid to sleep and shower, neither went well.
