What an odd place. Clean, but not in good part of town, bathroom small, shower barely worked. Sunday morning banging on door to get up and out Before checkout! Breakfast was terrible. Decor was so bad! I would never stay there again. Positives- bed comforters were great, and extra blanket.

I found it unacceptable that a hotel claiming to host up to 1,000 people only has one entrance. The parking situation is chaotic—there’s little actual space to park because people are hanging out in the lot, and the handicap spaces are constantly taken by cars without proper stickers or plates. On top of that, the pool and hot tub close far too early. Even when the hot tub was open, the jets didn’t work at all—sure, the water was hot, but without bubbles or jets, it defeats the whole purpose. It feels misleading to advertise amenities that aren’t properly maintained or accessible.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in the DFW area. Nice, clean, beautiful layout, breakfast is delicious, love the garden area, I like the late checkout option for an additional fee.

Property was really nice and decorated beautifully. My only issue was that the pool was out of order for most of my stay and all of the entertainment in the hotel shut down at 9pm which was really early.
