Nothing bad happened but this was a very strange hotel. The room was comfortable and clean enough (I found some random hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, probably the housekeeper. I didn't bother to say anything. It was honestly no big deal) but everything had a strong aroma of bleach or some other cleaning supply. I got there hella late on Christmas Eve so ofc I had to order room service. It was pretty expensive but the food was very mid -- not gross but very overpriced. The hotel itself was very difficult to navigate because the layout was confusing -- I actually never found the gym. My only actual complaint was the hotel staff knocking on my door every 30 mins on the day I needed to check out. The hotel was just fine. The wifi was fast, the room was comfortable, the shower was really hot, and the price was decent. The hotel def needs a renovation tho. It feels trapped in the 80s

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had options, but not many healthy options. There were oranges and apples each day, but fresh cut fruit availability was really inconsistent! The oatmeal was ok first day, terrible and watery our 2nd day, and i didn't check it on the 3rd day. There was also yogurt, and then the typical breads to make toast. No bacon or sausage on the buffet

This hotel was so beautiful and clean. All the staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Texas. Also I will be recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Whoever decorated this hotel definitely have style and taste. I felt like I was in a royal palace with the beautiful royal blue furniture and gold. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay. See next time I'm in Texas.

Got woken up at 10PM by cleaning staff loudly speaking outside my room and then attempting to enter the room. Someone did not check me in properly. Breakfast was average. The hotel in general is nice.

The hotel common areas (halls especially) are dated and ugly. There seems to be some renovation going on on the entry level. The room was large, clean and in very good condition. The breakfast which was included was above average. When you call for the shuttle from the airport, it is an automated system that logs your phone number and what terminal you asked to be picked up from. There is no confimation, and it took about 25 minutes to get there (at 7pm on a weeknight).

Very large hotel. Nice pool/hot tub/saunas. Warmest pool I’ve ever been in (96°F). Had issues with shower but were address very quickly. Water was very hot in shower. Hard to control the temp. Good overall.
