Bathtub was broke so we could not shower. When we used any water it came up between the flooring. I know there had to be mold and mildew under the floor. The receptionist was awful. We could not check in on time due to the rooms not cleaned. I guess they have monthly rentals. Saw woman empty trash can on sidewalk the swept it in to the grass to let the wind blow it away.

When checking in after a long flight they told me that my reservation was cancelled because they were fully booked. Didn’t understand what kind of business practice was that they were fully paid for the reservation and I called earlier that day to confirm the availability which that assured it’s all good. Never again with Travelocity.

The proximity to the highway I liked but the conditions were bad. The room was dirty. No one had swept or mopped. There was trash under the beds. The stove didn't work. The bathroom had very little water pressure, it was dirty, had no trash can, plus the toilet wasn't secure didn't flush correctly. The floor in the rest room and the shower had inclination as if the foundation was structurally unsafe. The room curtain had holes in it and the door didn't close all the way. There was no ice machine in the hotel and there was no toiletries in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay is a Home Towne hotel again after this experience and will tell everyone to avoid this hotel chain.

Room had cockroaches, broken toilet seat, no towels, no nothing, smoke detector not secured and hanging from the ceiling, shower floor was severely cracked, absolutely disgusting
