My flight arrived early so I got to the hotel in the morning. I have stayed at the Warwick many times! They have always been so accommodating about trying to get me into a room as soon as possible. They wanted to charge me $50 extra to get into a room. When I refused, I asked, What the earliest option would be. They said 1 o’clock. At 12 o’clock I watched many patrons get checked in till finally I walked up at 12:35. They then allowed me to check in. Really poor customer service.

The hotel is very nice but the rooms are failry dated. Unfortunately we had a room right next door to the elevator (415) and so every time it stopped at out floor it made a loud noise. Enough to wake you up. The surrounding area is good, some nice restaurants and coffee shops.

The Warwick is a beautiful hotel but this time we stayed the elevator would not work and we had to go down 8 flights of stairs to get out. ( old knees) plus we were not informed that they had had some problems with the fire sprinkler going off so no double beds . Luckily it was us girls so we doubled up. Will most likely pick a newer hotel next time. 😊
