There was nobody at the front desk. I had to knock on the doors, a couple of times to get somebody to attend to five people who are waiting to check in! Not acceptable!

I would give 5 stars, if it wasn’t for the fact that the hotel needs an upgrade. However, they take cleaning seriously, and the staff is amazing, caring and attentive, but everything else needs an upgrade. I was under the impression that they’re aware of that and they compensate in other ways. The bathroom is well maintained but everything else looks old, such as carpets, curtains, the woods, the doors, and the AC is very noisy. But the worst part was having to pay $45/night for parking. Nonetheless, the staff and the food were amazing. Still recommend because I’ve been to extremely fancy hotels where staff and cleaning weren’t the best.
