Luxury hotel with great amenities

Spacious corner suite with a king bed. It was larger than an apartment. Beautiful view of the city. Pool and spa were amazing!! I’ll be back.

Disappointed

The young man who checked us in was aloof bordering on rude and certainly was not helpful. The room was not as clean as was expected for a hotel of this caliber. The carpet was unclean and torn in areas the bed not sized as advertised it was suppose to be a king, it wasn’t there were too few towels, no complimentary water. The water pressure was insufficient in the shower and it was hard to regulate the air conditioner which was really loud. In general it was a disappointment for the price.

This was such a great stay! We did not know what to expect upon arrival and this was definitely fantastic. This stay is polar opposite from our last visit to Dallas. We will be staying at The Warwick every time we visit Dallas now. Great spacious hallways, great views from the room, and what a gorgeous pool. Thank you all at The Warwick for giving us a fantastic stay.

I enjoy the classic feel of this hotel. Room was spacious and the amenities nice. Feels like many people go there for festivities. I did not and still had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Lovely hotel

The only negative about this hotel was that the ice machine on my floor didn’t work for my entire stay. Never saw any maintenance personnel working on it to fix it. Very inconvenient to have to take an elevator upstairs just to get ice when needed.
