When we checked into our room, the first thing we encountered was a snack tray and bucket with champagne. Someone came in right behind us and said "sorry, this is not yours. It was a mistake." It was not ours, but they promised to bring waters and extra room coffees for the inconvenience. That did not happen. We used the bathroom, only to find the toilet was never cleaned from the previous guests, and long black hair was in the shower/tub. We called guest services to get that fixed and left the hotel

I really like staying at Omni's and I normally don't too much time in the room. However, on this last stay my wife was feeling ill, so we stayed in. The WiFi was extremely frustrating and the latency, even after upgrading was disappointing. Not to mention the casting functionality was archaic, discombobulated and useless. After notifying management, Erin waited to contact me after I checked out.

Was not expecting this property to be on the fancier side of a hotel! Definitely would recommend and will be coming back as I do come to this area quite a bit throughout the year!

The day we arrived, around 1pm and 1:40pm, I called the front desk to have the safe reset but I called it safety box and the operator corrected me saying it was not it but safe.. then on the next day, we never had the room cleaned. No towels and trash was not cleared. This hotel is too expensive for that service! It's a shame. Will not stay here again and do not recommended.
