Booked for August 23, 2025 but when we got there to check in, we were told that there was no hot water and no food would be available either. We were helped at the counter and we were offered a refund and help, booking another hotel close by. Was disappointed that we weren’t able to stay because we really wanted to experience the Fairmont. 😢😢😢
