The check in staff was super friendly and helpful. The bartender left the bar frequently and we were unable to get drinks. The room was very clean. We loved being able to play pool and board games in the lobby.

Staff was not very helpful or friendly. No towel rack in the bathroom, no bath mat, rooms are too narrow, felt claustraphobic.

Bed was covered in hair along with bathroom room had a Odor as well told front desk nothing was really done asked for refund never got it I’ll never stay there again nor use Travelocity site either nobody was of help!!

Really enjoyed being able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of our room. The staff were very informative at check in, making sure we were aware of what was available to us and till what times. Live music was nice as well.

Sink in room was broken. Could still get water but was loose and would spin when adjusting temp. I think there was supposed to be a door on closet that must have broke and was just missing. Most things were very nice but a few things were just not in the best condition.

Beautiful, new hotel with modern design. The location was beautiful along the inner harbor walk. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks for the shuttle rides into downtown Syracuse (and back) and to the airport. I would highly recommend Aloft!

Great hotel!

Pros: Location, Clean, Vibrant
Cons: Air Conditioning was loud
Location: Mall is very close and it had ALOT to do there.
Great hotel, Bar was always hoping and a very clean facility. Only a minute away from the mall! Only thing to note would be the air conditioner in the room was loud, besides that this place was great!
