Initially given keys and sent to a room that had been used/not cleaned. Was fixed by another trip to front desk. TV was very outdated. We were in a room near elevator and it was very noisy. Sounded like construction. Breakfast was very limited even with an hour left in the breakfast window. Experience was overall okay but we expected more based on the numerous positive reviews.

Room was not ready at midnight when we went to check in. Only 2 staff members working and when they finally said room was ready - it was not cleaned. Used towels in bathroom, garbage on night stand, hair in sink. The check in staff member offered to clean it, but we decided to leave and find another hotel. Manager did refund the room after I called the following day. Previously had a 5 star stay at hotel.

The front staff at this hotel is VERY nice. However, the rooms are dated and beat up and I found hair all over my bathroom in the shower and all over the floor. It made me feel like the rest of the room wasn't clean and I spent the first 20 minutes of my time there wiping down every single surface. It's really more of a motel vibe then a hotel.

We stay in this beautiful old (with modern amenities) hotel, which we certainly hope has protected landmark, status every Christmas when we come to Syracuse to visit family. We love it. Staff is superb and always welcoming and helpful… and really go above and beyond. This morning after an enormous overnight snowstorm, we were astonished to discover that our car parked in the hotel parking lot was ready to drive because someone from the staff had already cleaned off all the snow. Nothing but good vibes in this place!

Parking was easy, for some reason i was charged doubled. they charge your card immediately for incidentales. usually hotels place a hold but this place actually charges your card. now i have to wait 3 days to dispute with my bank and speak to the manager of the hotel

The staff, especially Mr. Robert Jessica and the maintenance were awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. The double was more than enough space for me my husband and son who got married the weekend we stayed. We had a small issue with our toilet which was taken care off quickly. From check in to checkout service was friendly and courteous. We had a good stay thank you to the staff.

Main door didn’t close properly. Sink clogged. Heater way too loud and windows not sealed in 15 degrees F outside. Towels super cheap and sandpaper-like. No fruit and poor and very few options at breakfast.
