We do apologize for the confusion, however we were able to check you in with a new reservation without issue. Leaving a 2/5 for a On-Line reservation which you said you reserved, which we can not find is unacceptable to us. We aim to earn a perfect 5/5 from every guest.

Drove up and left. This is a motel where the doors open out to the walkway/parking lot, I prefer a place with an interior hallway exit. Check in area was blocked off to a VERY small walk up window and was crowded with people checking in, I'm sure this small area is due to covid. I didn't care for the exterior of the motel so we went on to our next travel destination and stayed there. Price was very good, Interior looks nice on the website, but we didn't go in to actually see.

BUDBUGS!!!! Reserve one night was CHARGED FOR TWO!!! Hang up on by staff!!! Charged 87.00 for original night then charged 87.00 additional because of “ staff mistake “ ... rude service DO NOT STAY HERE!! Very bad neighborhood room 216 definitely is infested with bed bugs I HAVE THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!
