Extremely dirty, and run down. They did not clean the rooms at all. I asked for a discount because I had to clean the hair, eyelashes, and other stains from the previous guest out of the bathroom myself, but I didn’t get one. There were gross stains on the mattresses and they didn’t change the linens.

the sidewalks were not cleared and usable for a wheelchair. We had 2 rooms reserved and told they would be near each other but upon check in we were going to be given rooms of different floors. While this was remedied and we ended up on the same floor the rooms were still not that close to each other. One the first morning of our stay breakfast was not obtainable for our wheelchair user and the staff had the entire breakfast set up cleaned up prior to the end time of 9:30. The pool was cloudy (my guess is due to excessive chemical usage). We were at the hotel when a snow storm hit the area and the parking lot was not plowed at all during the first 24 hours; even the following day parking spaces were not cleared - only the main drive lanes. For being an Embassy Suites we expected luxury amenities and found scratchy paper products, a microwave missing it's turntable, a mini fridge without a shelf, and a missing remote for the TV.

Clean room, staff accommodating for room request/location, close to shopping center, two free drinks in evening, nice breakfast. Only room for improvement: pool was cloudy, no pool towels until an hour or so after opening, and the elevator space was messy in the morning and no one came to clean it for hours ( popcorn and other food on the floor, spilt coffee in the elevator with a caution sign).

The bed was comfortable, however the room smelled like staled smoke and the bathroom sink was clogged. The buffet was great however only one person was working the omlets which made the lineup masssive and not everyone in line had a chance to get one as they closed it before the line ended.

Was charged $15 per vehicle per night, despite there being many acres of open parking all around the hotel. This seems to be beneath the standards of a Hilton that is not in an urban area with limited parking. Also, most of the parking lot was not plowed until over 24 hours after the snow, causing us to walk through feet of snow to get to Destiny USA mall and causing many vehicles in the parking lot to get stuck.

I have stayed here several times, but the room smelled like a dog was in the room. I was also concerned about the deposit that was extremely expensive. The staff at the front desk at night were very nice.

I checked in on the Hilton app, and input my card for incidentals. The app said I was checked in but had to show ID at the desk to activate my digital key. They they needed to re-run a card for incidentals, and gave me physical keys. Kinda defeated the purpose of checking in on the app. We LOVED the staff who worked at the bar and the restaurant. The morning omelette chef was entertaining and extremely efficient. The food was delicious! The evening happy hour food was broccoli, carrots & ranch; tortilla chips and salsa, and Carmel popcorn. We stayed in 608, which was very humid and had a strong chlorine smell upon walking in. There are some missing tiles in the bathroom. The bed I slept in (nearest bathroom) kind of sinks in the middle. The bathtub plug didn’t work to hold water for a bath. But on the bright side - the tub itself was clean! We stayed during a huge winter storm, so didnt make a fuss about any of that. They charge $15/night for parking. We were a bit shocked that despite paying this fee, the lots were not plowed thoroughly and all guests had to fend for themselves to get vehicles cleared. They had a huge dozer clear driving paths but no parking areas so finding a spot to park without getting stuck was a challenge.
