Overly priced 2 stars hotel

Downstairs customer service was excellent. However, cleanliness is a different story. It appeared the only thing that was cleaned in our room was our bed and the bathroom sink. The light switches and remote control were sticky. There were obvious stains everywhere else including the bed’s side tables with stains from spilled drinks and cup stains. We won’t be back. This was an extremely overpriced trip for a 2 stars.

Was locked out the hotel to check in after 2AM but the security was right there not letting us in. Then upon arriving very next morning ordering food at the hotel took way to long then end up coming back with the complete wrong order. Only 1 elevator was working, then both elevator were broken had to take the steps. Then next day the hotel “ran out of food”. Lastly, leaving I have an unknown charge from the hotel, with no receipt nothing specified. I love the Hyatt In my city I would never come here again.

I really like the staff and the breakfast everyone is super nice and helpful however going on the floors to the room the rug just smells old and once you get into the room the sheets just feel old not clean other than that I will stay again

What I enjoyed about the property was that it was next door to somewhere you can eat that was really good and entertainment the staff was great however once on the floors is just the carpet is smells old and the sheets on the bed just don't feel clean other than that staff is great
