"I had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific. Amer at the front desk was so helpful. He arranged a lovely room for me and helped me check in early after a long flight which I super appreciated. I had a delicious meal at 5 Sails where Will waited on me with courtesy and professionalism. The meal was excellent, part of the Dine Out Vancouver extravaganza. My tuna appetizer was beautiful, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the chocolate gateau was a perfect ending. When they found out I could not drink red wine, the sommelier was fantastic and made some excellent pairings for me. Overall a wonderful, relaxing and entirely satisfactory stay! "

"The room was exceptionally quiet. I never heard another guest on our floor. The staff was attentive, if we used all the coffee one day, the next day we had a larger supply. They recognized the need and took care of it. The room was freshened up without any prompting. We felt pampered. The parking garage has an elevator right to the hotel lobby. The food was delicious, portions were generous and the price was reasonable. We ate five of our six meals at the hotel restaurant. This was truly the perfect place for getaway from our hectic routine! Nestled in the heart of Vancouver is this perfect oasis! A real treat!"
