This is a clean, affordable hotel in downtown Vancouver just a few blocks from the Granville Island and the Sea Wall. The staff was friendly and it has a White Spot family restaurant in the lobby. We found it to be a perfect retreat for our week-long stay. Two drawbacks: (1) The elevator was slow which affected those on the highest floors and (2) the hotel is located at the sketchy end of Granville Street, so you are like to encounter the odd homeless person. They're harmless, but this may make some feel unsafe. I'd highly recommend this property for those on a budget and we plan to stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Quick check in/check out procedures. Safe parking and extremely secure rooms. The area was great as well. Walking distances to multiple skytrain/bus stops and shops, we had a Lime scooter rental stand right outside and so many options for food within 5/10 mins walking distance.

The Hotel was extremely clean, smelled great! The staff were amazing, friendly helpful and even offered to upgrade us as it was my son’s birthday! The room was spacious and beds were comfy! Excellent location pretty much on Grandville so easy walk to everything! Would definitely stay again
