Staff was nice. Nothing against them. Hotel was in serious need of repair. Only 1 elevator working so took forever to get to room. If we weren’t on 7th floor would have taken the stairs instead each time. All sorts of noise all night which meant I didn’t get any sleep all night. Bed was very uncomfortable which is unusual for a hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The building , room and White spot restaurant were very dated , trashed , disgusting and gross . The room was neat and tidy . Cleaning staff can only do so much with a trashed building where proper repairs and maintenance is so neglected . The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking .

Super noisy room. Heater PTAC was very loud. Roku provided did not work. Safe did not work. Fan was LOUD, like comically loud. One elevator out of service and the other one had multiple minute wait each time. Lobby is nice. 20% off coupon for White Spot was only for full meals, not appetizers, drinks, etc. my fault for not reading the fine print. Room was very dated but pretty clean, price was OK. Neighborhood isn’t super unsafe but slightly seedy. Homeless nearby and open drug use.
