Big hotel, long waits. check in took 20 mins to reach the front of the line. We were delighted to get an upgrade but after that didn’t feel very taken care of. We had to wait a long time to even be able to enter the dining room at breakfast. Room was nice and comfortable tho.

Hotel was and is always great. Amazing service, very nice rooms. The hot tub this time was not hot at all- bath water temperature so that was a bit disappointing
