Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service, so there was a long wait each time we needed to use one. One of the main escalators was also out of service. The staff were excellent, we enjoyed the lounge area and breakfast room. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

During our stay, two of the four elevators and one of the escalators were out of service and this impacted our ability to move around the hotel in an efficient manner. The staff was unbelievably supportive and helpful throughout our stay. From the valet staff, bell desk, front desk, restaurant - we felt very well taken care of and welcomed at the property. We will return again!

There’s only two working elevators for a 23 story hotel, always full; we took the stairs sometimes because the wait was too long. Other than that the hotel is great!
