Staff and service was amazing, the pool area was our favourite by far. The carpet in our room was disgusting and full of stains. Also the TV to stream Netflix etc was so complicated. Not sure why there just isn’t down loaded apps to the tv but you had to go to their iPad and try and stream to the tv.
