Very nice

This is such a nice hotel. Staff is so pleasant, sent texts to check on us. We had the 2 queen beds with sofa and kitchen suite and it is much bigger than the equivalent at other hotels. Car valet always had our car ready for us as requested. The location is walkable to the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. We were so happy with our choice.

The homeless and drugs around the area, specifically on Douglas were really concerning. If you weren’t back in your room around 4 or 5 pm it got questionable to be out on the street. On the other hand, the staff and specialty coffee was great.

The check in staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The only downside was paying $30 extra per day to park and no complimentary breakfast included with the stay. The hotel itself was perfect. So for the price we paid it was no great value for money.
