This hotel was wonderful. It is a perfect location for exploring the city. We had an oversize vehicle (roof box, 4 bikes on back) and the valet person was awesome in helping us. Housekeeping also excellent.

A wonderful hotel and great staff. It would help of they had lightbulbs higher than a 25 watt bulb. So dark you can barely see and definitely unable to read.

Room was clean and attentive associates asked every day if they could provide fresh towels, or clean my room.. The bed was clean but pretty hard and the view did not even hint that it was a waterfront property. For the price I expected a view of the bay. The restaurant attached was great. I had a dinner there and a lunch there and both the meals were delicious and the service was excellent. Parking was a little high over $20 a night but the gate was closed at night providing an extra layer of security. The front desk was manned at all times by very helpful people that went above and beyond trying to help me find ideas of fun places to go see on my way to my next hotel stay. All in all, It was a nice hotel. I would stay there again..

The top choice was the staff! Daniel on the front desk was outstanding as was Martin and Ryan in the Fathon dining room. Property was very nice and the location was excellent. Only issue was the check in day as finding a parking spot was difficult.

I loved this hotel, always wanted to stay here. The only qualm I had was that it was Spring Break and I didn't realize the pool was shared with gym members. My boys who are 9 and 11 were playing and splashed too much for a guy swimming laps and they got told not to... one accidentally went into the swimming lane and I honestly thought this man was going to have an aneurism. A little uptight for kids in my opinion but id stay here without them.

Our suite was a superb layout with a good view. The restaurant food very disappointing; either cold or over cooked, limited menu. Front staff a bit snobbish & judgmental. Considering price paid, look for other options. We are founders of the “Reynolds Museum” the largest ‘Transportation & Agricultural Museum’ in Canada & will not recommend this hotel for our Conventions. Judith Reynolds-Olson.

We have stayed here more than once and will continue to stay here. Our only "complaint" is how expensive the room service is - they charge an automatic tip which is understandble but in addition to this, charge several other "service fees" which are more.excessive than other places we have stayed. Otherwise, we love the convenience of where this hotel is located, the incredible friendly staff (we really enjoyed a lady named Summer who eas so good with our 6 year old son). We also love the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and spent a lot of our time there each day. Thank you!
