After the check in process took over 10 minutes, one of the valet people came over to me while I was unpacking bags (with two kids under 2) asking me to move my vehicle as I had taken up the spot for more than the allowed 10 minutes. I asked him to recognize the situation before requesting I move the car, to which he said “we can’t have you parking here longer than you have - you must move”. Incredibly shocked by this interaction, I told the front desk immediately. The valet person was “talked to”.

Great hotel, easy parking, great room. Only issue was with the SWITCH Level 2 Charging System for our car. After paying the $5 at the front desk the clerk failed to give us a passcode or instructions of any kind. Third party app/website required. Failed. After 45 minutes gave up. Hotel needs to plan on going to NACS Level 3 charging system in the future.

We stayed in a lovely signature suite with a view of the inner harbour for 2 nights. The room was very nice, comfortable and was extremely quiet. Jazz music in the lounge was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel for its ambience and location.
