Lots of people at the check-in desk so it was quick and easy. Loved having a valet parking option. The rooms were bright and clean. Ours even had an ocean glimpse. Was there overnight on a Saturday and the leaf blower outside started at 7:00 a.m. which was not very welcome. Also, the room was quite cold and there were not enough additional blankets so we had to turn the heat up to 24. There were three of us in the room and all of us woke up cold in the night. We were a party of seven and three rooms and all of us were disappointed in the cost of parking overnight. It's a beautiful hotel, but I think I would look for an alternative location next time because the price was quite high. We picked this hotel because we had a function in Stanley park and it was close.

The check in process was smooth. The elevator system of needing a key felt very secure. They were also quick. The Starbucks in the lobby was so convenient. The valet parking area was easy to catch an Uber from. But the location was fantastic and we walked most places anyway. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Just note the beds are high. Overall excellent stay. I would stay again!

I loved the room we got as the members of Hyatt program. I also loved that we received earlier check in. The location is amazing. Very walkable, shopping, and lots of restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. View from upper floors is great. Very comfortable.

The Place to Be in Vancouver BC!

This was an exceptional location and an excellent property. The streamline elevator system was impressive! Rooms were clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view!
