When i arrived my credit cards would not work so i said can i use my debit card sure but my name is not printed on my card the manager was summoned and proceeded to treat me like a crimnal when my picture id clearly shows its me and i e stsyed before. A weekend in the city is ment to be fun The room i was given was tiny. So i decided to stay at the Wedge wood where my debit card was not a problem as ive stayed there in the past as well A little kindness would go alo g way

Amazing location on the west side. Ocean is right there with Stanley Park. Great food within blocks. Hotel was charming, super clean, good food, and large rooms. The staff was super helpful. We will be staying here again.

Rooms felt like they could use a refresh but overall they were fine. Lobby was lovely and the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. I will say the hotel was extremely hot and you could not control your own temp. Dinner at the hotel was great but the next morning we went for breakfast and after I sent my food back because my eggs were undercooked the waitress avoided us and didn’t come back to our table. When we went up to pay our bill she saw us and went into the back and had another staff ring us through.
