Overall nice facility however when I had to move the tv stand the amount of dust build up was a concern. Also the room air conditioner did not work. Temp was set to 69. Room temperature after 6 hours was 75.

When we opened the sofa bed, we noticed that the floor underneath had clearly not been cleaned — there were socks, food, and dirt scattered around. We called room service, and they promptly came to sweep the floor.

Amazing stay in the heart of Vancouver

Wonderful and helpful staff!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in our room and it was a very hot night! The staff did their very best to assist; bringing us fans and offering a complimentary breakfast. We otherwise had a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel BLU in Vancouver. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well thought out, with great touches like Dyson hair dryers, Nespresso machines, comfortable beds, hardwood floors, and a large tub that our kids loved. The spa amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna) and the well-equipped fitness room made the stay even better. The location is perfect—close to theaters, waterfront paths, harbor tours, coffee shops, and restaurants. The lobby is peaceful and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Tom and Candice at the front desk for their kindness and outstanding service. Hotel BLU will be our first choice when we return to Vancouver!
